My car is overheating way too quickly and then stalling out
My car starts up just fine runs for maybe five
minutes or less and then while driving it just stalls
out and shuts off. If I put it in neutral before it
completely stalls out it will go back to running like
normal. I have had overheating issues with it for
the last few months. I've had almost every water
hose blow, so I have replaced them all. My fans
work as well but don't seem to help. Does anybody
know what could be making it overheat so quickly.
because it doesn't run for the 15 to 20 minutes
before it gets hot like it should. It only runs for
about 5 minutes before it's too hot and wants to
shut down. My body is in 92 so some of the outer
parts are still a 92 I believe but my engine is an O2.
So everything is reversed from the way that it
originally was. It has oil, it has water. There is no
water in the oil. I do all my work on my car myself
so If you need any more details please ask and I
will be glad to answer as well as I can. I don't know
everything about vehicles just enough to do most
of the repairs but this one has me stumped.
