After I changed the spark plugs in my 1992 Honda Accord I started the car, it started right up but there was a bunch of white smoke coming from under car, why?

I already changed the distributer cap and
rotor because I was having trouble starting
the car and keeping it started.When the
smoke came I stopped the engine. Could
this be because of the oil spills on engine
while changing plugs or is this something
else? It has never smoked before.

I saw it coming from behind and when I got out and looked I could see smoke coming from exhaust, but my girlfriend said she saw it coming from underneath. When I got back in car ther was lots of smoke inside.
Check for oil leaks that may be getting on your exhaust manifold.

There was a lot of smoke, could this be caused from when I was drippingoil from changing plugs? There is an oil leak but it sat for a week and I started it and never smoked before
The smoke that you're describing wouldn't be due to a few drops from changing the plugs. It sounds like you have developed a substantial oil leak from the valve cover or engine out of site. Check it thoroughly and see if you can see where it's wet.
