No power to fuel pump

My 92 Honda civic was idling and just cut off now it want
start also I don't hear the fuel pump starting now I have put
in a new fuel pump, main relay switch, and fuel filter. Also I
have checked fuses 31and 24 .but if I straight wire the fuel
pump it starts pumping can you please help me

It must be an electrical circuit problem if it will run hot wired. Make sure you are checking the correct relay, and recheck those fuses and replace any fuse that is burnt.
