The dash lights on my 2002 Honda Accord don't work. This happened after the battery was replaced. What happened?
All other lights work. The fuse appears to be good.

Check ALL of the fuses it is possible that when the new battery was connected it gave enough of a surge to blow a fuse, and a lot of cars have several fuses for the lighting circuits. Not sure if your particular model has multiple fuses for it. Also it is possible that there is a lighting system Relay and it has failed so check the relays as well.
