2011 Honda Civic SE A/C non functional

As I can see here I'm not alone with the A/C
problems? Why is Honda not stepping in to fix the
issue ? 1200$ for a new compressor and relay
switch Honda wants nothing to do with it and when
you call the customer service I'm told "this is the
first time they get this call" crappppp ! What a rip
off ! There should be a collective lawsuit for
dishonest and corrupt business practices

Denso 471‑7054 A/C Compressor $325 relay $35 complete AC service $100 yeah $500-$600 only 5 years old too... THANKS HONDA! buy another manufacture next time. I heard their NSX model vehicle is decent. Regards
