I need help with my 03 Civic I’ve changed the
coolant switch and fan relays are but fans still
don’t turn on and even while turning ima still
no fans turn on ??

Time to troubleshoot. Since u know where the relay is, check for voltage on one side of relay contact. If no voltage present (12.4vdc), replace fuse. If power is ok, manually activate the relay and see if u get voltage at the cooling fan connector located by the radiator. If power is ok, test cooling fans. If no power at plug, check wiring harness. Be carefull which sensor u replace, there's 2 different ones, one is temperature sending that reads temperature on the dash. The otherone is the actual switch that turns on the fans.
