why is my 1991 accord stuck in drive

it just stays in drive all the time i can shift the gears,theres no reverse only
drive

Sounds like your cable could be streached out and or the cable could have come sonewhat off. Is your fluid level good. If it checked ok then your shift solenoids may need to be checked.
