I have a 1991 Honda Accord LX. When car is cold, it works fine. When it is hot, the brake lights stop working and when I put it in park it gets tuck in park. Replaced brake swith already. What else?

The lights could be a bad relay so check the power supply box relays and see if there is one for the lighting circuit. If there is one, try switching it with one of the other relays for another accessory in the car that works with no problems and see if that clears up the lighting problem. As to the shift not releasing, there is a little slot with or without a plastic cap or plug in it, located somewhere around the console at the base of the shift selector. It is an emergency Key release switch. Put your ignition key into the slot and press it straight down with one hand to release the shift lock lever, while moving the shift lever out of park into neutral, then use the key to start the car. If this works for you, you will need to open the console and check the electrical connection at the switch to see if it is not disconnected or loose. It could also be possible the the switch fastening screw/bolt has come loose allowing the switch to move, so make sure the switch is in proper position and the screw is tight. If connector is ok, check for power on the connector wire. If power there, you need to replace the switch.

The inability to release the transmission from park, seems to be tied in to the break light circuit.If the break light fuse or switch is faulty the selector wants to stay in park.In my other car that was not a Honda fixing the short circuit in the break light circuit and replacing the fuse for the nth time fixed the problem.
