my car's steering wheel just began to jerk to the right in small increments.

The car itself isnt jerking, just the steering wheel. if i let go, the car gradually moves a
little bit to the right each time the steering wheel does. any ideas? should i stop driving it
immediately?

Could be several things. Out of alignment, did you hit a big pothole lately, that could do it. Look at your front tire treads, is one of the badly worn on the inside or outside tread? Also could be a brake pad sticking or a warped brake rotor. Only way to know for sure is to have a trusted mechanic get it on a lift and check it. Also could be a wheel bearing going out. Grab each front tore and push and pull it in and out. A bad bearing will be a loose tire, healthy bearing will be tight and not move in or out. Good luck.

I'm gonna say Tie Rod end because if your steering wheel is shacking its 80% the case if it was a wheel bearing you'll hear a god awful grinding/ rubbing noise. my best bet tie rod end if done properly you won't need an alignment if your carful about it otherwise have it done by a professional mechanic. the way to tell is lift up the front of your care and move your tire side to side you might hear a clunking if its bad or you'll feel its loose. it'll probably be your passenger side one.

This is a steering rack issue. The rack gear has two valves, left and right. They work in equilibrium and balance each other as you turn the steering wheel. When one of the valves go bad, the rack will have lower pressure at that side and the steering wheel will turn to the side with lower pressure. The car will pull to that side when you take off your hands. A more serious valve problem will lead to a hard turning steering wheel to one side while to the other side it will turn easily like nothing happened. That's it. Have it checked, repaired. Good luck.
Does that also apply to electronic steering racks ? I have a 2018 Accord and it’s having the same issue.
I have a Honda Accord a 05 model and it jerking in the steering wheel when I let go of it but it doesn’t do it until I start going like over 20 miles a hour what could it be and is it ok to drive
