Question type: Maintenance & Repair
If i removed the plate behind the seat and turn on
the switch to listen to the fuel pump and there's no
sound inside the tank. Pump isn't running. Is it
burned out or do I have an electrical problem. Main
relay is clicking with the on and off ignition turn.

If the main relay is clicking on and off it is possible to have contaminated contacts inside. Unplug the electrical connector for the fuel pump and make sure you have 12 volts to the connector. If you have 12 volts at the connector then the fuel pump is bad.
The rpm gauge wasn't moving and started to work after the fuel pump was installed. Drivers side automatic seat belt stopped working when I close my door and my new auto zone alternator connection wire was replaced because the old one wasn't working properly and the new one isn't working. On both of them when I press the connector on the alternator my dash and headlights brighten up. I'm sure that I have an electrical problem somewhere. Could it be the used key switch and harness I had installed causing everything to go haywire. Or i purchased a bad alternator at auto zone. The cooling fan is bypass the relays to my fuse box inside the car it only runs when the ignition is turned to the on position.
