most likely its the actuators in the doors. unfortunately they come as latch/actuator assys and they are something of a pain to chnage because of the window regulators in the doors. dont know where you live but i start to see them go as soon as the temperature drops where im at

I got a 2012 Sonata in October. I noticed right away that the front passenger door felt "soft" when opening the door... like the latch was only partially closed. In addition, when you put the car in reverse, the doors are supposed to automatically lock, which they do, however, many times, they will immediately automatically unlock again. I had it at the dealership for 2 days and they say they cant duplicate the problem. Anyone else???
