Possibly a fuel issue. Fuel pump or fuel filter. Have you checked those out yet?

Yes i checked the spark first and as soon as it dies there is no spark to the plugs so fuel is not the problem. let it sit for a bit starys right up again.

You may want to check the main relay ,and then check the coil pack.
