Car revs high.

May need to reset the computer but IAC may still be dirty, I take throttle body off, then remove the IAC and use CRC throttle body cleaner and a bunch of different size & shape nylon brushes to clean and reinstall them with new gaskets. Did you touch the MAF with your fingers or anything else and did you disconnect them and forget to reconnect and is the check engine light on?

You should not of done that type cleaning as the sensors and computer read it as the air leak (into engine) like a intake gasket bad. Make sure you got the intake back together and air tight. All air has to pass by the sensor or it will run bad, and also you may have a vacuum line off somewhere.

All engines with a MAF & IAC you never clean with the engine running. You can in most cases clean the MAF with MAF cleaner without removing it if you can see the filament and you never touch the filament either but you have to remove the throttle body & IAC valve to clean them. Make sure all the electrical connection are back together tight too and clean correctly and reset computer, I am sure if it was not on the check engine light is on now.
