Noise

My  2005 hyundai accent makes a noise when  i
take my foot off the gas?   Please help if anyone
knows what it can be  thanks

the sound keeps pace with engine speed after out of first gear. Sounds like high pitch rotating sound that does seem to reflect the sound of the car
