Car won’t start or even try to start

Asked by emilylynn95 Feb 25, 2019 at 08:02 AM about the 2007 Pontiac G6 SE I4 Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a used 07 Pontiac g6 with no
lights on the dash, everything was working
perfect for the 45 minutes I tested it plus the
hour drive back home. When I got about 10
minutes away from my house the hazards
came on on their own, airbag symbol turned
on the dash, everything just started going
crazy so I panicked and pulled over as soon
as possible. I turned the car off waited a few
minutes and tried to start it back up but
nothing not even the cranking noise. Now
when I try to start the car all power works but
on the odometer the hazards blink on their
own and there is a light with a car and lock
on it (anti auto theft lock I believe) It’s also
telling me brake fluid and low fuel (when I just
put a full tank) This all happened out of no
where after only having the car for less than 2
hours. We tried doing the trick with leaving
the key in the ignition to reset the computer
but it didn’t work. Nobody knows what’s
going on with it so I was hoping maybe
someone on here can give me some type of
advice on what to do next please and thank
you

Wanting to know if you figured out the problem bc this EXACT scenario just happened with me. Just bought it a week ago, everything's fine, drive to store, shop, and now it wont start.
