Most times this is low voltage to the starter, so have battery load tested and Battery Terminals & terminal wires inspected. It may be a good idea to test the alternator if battery was weak. Grounds to block from engine and Battery may need attention. This is a good time to check all fuses under dash and hood, and find anything that is draining battery if any is.
