my 2005 hyundai sonata doesn't want to start it turns as if it wants to start but it doesn't

my 2005 Hyundai Sonata doesn't want to start we just changed the starter and that doesn't seem to be the problem and the battery is good. when turning the key it turns but just doesn't turn on it makes the noise like if its going to start but doesn't. does anyone know what could be the problem ?

i have sonata 2005 and doesnt star the engine. all lights on the dashboard is working means my battery is in good condition. i change new fuel pump but still wont start. i made try a test to pull out the engine pipe connected to fuel pump and i start the engine to check if the fuel pump is working then i found out no fuel is being pump and the fuel pump not working. my friend told me the problem maybe the power supply... would any one help me how to resolve the issue??? my car key turns to start but dont start. please advise...thankss
