if you are having trouble locating a leak, place cardboard on the ground and drive on top of it. let the vehicle run for a bit an you should see on the cardboard where the leak is near. at least to be able to help narrow it down. remember it could also be coming from the water pump gasket.

1.) If you are filling the radiator with plain water, the car will overheat. 2.) Go the local auto parts store and get a radiator tester. A refundable deposit will be required. Affix the proper adapter to the radiator or bottle, whatever, and use the supplied pump to impose no more than 10 to twelve PSI to the system. Believe me, where ever the leak is you will easily see it. Any drip will turn into a stream.

If the resovior is full and the radiator is empty then the line from the resovior is probably blocked. Remove and clean.
