Right side brake light not working

Voltage for right rear stop lamp is white wire. Have a helper step on the brake, use a test light, check voltage on white wire. If the other lamps at right rear work, then the ground is ok. Note the diagram. If no voltage on that wire when there should be, possibly problem with that wiring circuit.

Just to add, any fuses that you checked, did you check for voltage at fuse circuit, use a test light.
