Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Battery ran completely down by playing xm radio. Car was in gear with motor
off.   Recharged battery, dash lights came on , trunk button would work but
engine would not turn over. Removed charger for 2-3 hours.  Now nothing
works. Cannot open hood to reconnect charger.

Is the hood latch cable broken? Begin by getting the hood open.

No. It's not broken? There is no response to pressing the release button. Is there another way to open the hood?
