2004 Hyundai sonata not going past 2000 RPM

I have a 2004 Hyundai sonata V6 2.7 l i put a new spark plugs and wires I put in
new mass air flow sensor but now it it will not go past 2000 RPMs and as soon
as I start the car I go to take off and it sputters a little bit and it will not
exceed 40 mph or 2,000 RPMs I can have the gas pedal all the way to the floor
and it actually slows it down but if I let off the gas a little bit it'll go a little bit
faster but still will not exceed 40 mph or 2000 RPM

Sounds like the exhaust is restricted or the vehicle is in limp in mode due to some major problem. Best to have your favorite shop check it out.
