No way to reach the seller

I don't understand the purpoase of contacting a seller through this site when you can't get the messages to contact the seller. It was a good tool to look at cars but not a good tool to contact them cause you can't if it's not a dealer with their website.. Waist of time for me!! I have already made an account and received a message stating the seller has left me a message but this site won't let you get to it, it just redirects to the home screen over and over.  I would like the seller to have my info so we can get in touch about the car they are selling. If this is a dealer sale look them up on the web and call them.
