there is a large difference between a 2011 accent and a 2003 model. the 2011 has the evaporator in the center of the dash in a difficult placement making it necessary to remove the dash assy. on the 03 dash removal is not necessary as the heater box(which also holds the evaporator) is removable seperately. i beleive there is still an a/c kit available through hyundai that includes everything you need except the refridgerant
