Question type: Maintenance & Repair

we fixed a timing belt on it and it's lined up properly (it starts) but when the first timing belt blew it hit something in the engine that is causing it to have no power, if it was a sensor how would you go upon looking for it? the only thing that got bent was a push rod.. could that be causing it to have no power ?

It sure could. Valve not opening or closing, you can't just ignore that . and you must mean valve stem, it doesn't have pushrods
