How is oil getting into my water reservoir, c230-2003

I see oil on top of the water in my water reservoir,c230-2003 model, the color of
the oil is white, it started after changing the engine oil in two months time

That also happened to my c230 2005 . I’m not sure what it could be , can someone help please ???
