Looking for wiring diagram for a 2000 Ford Explorer

Question type: Car Customization

i have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT my brother was hurting for cash before he
moved so i bought it for under a thousand he was in the middle of trying to
put in a new stereo and cut the wires. i dont have the mate end of them to
reconnect them and buy a harness. My only option is to find a diagram to
finish what he started. Note: i am broke like some of us on here my checks
go towards keeping a roof over my family and running water for them. i can
say that what i have found confusing after days of searching is i noticed 2
wires look black and red. so if there is a specific diagram with or with out
pics i would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction of finding
it.

You might be able to get a free diagram from a Ford dealer. Go to the parts division and ask. Sometimes they will give you one. Good luck.
