Why not, lol! Just a lil imagination and u can, as I call it, McGiver it! But why not try a junkyard and just try to buy it used?

i have tried finding old no luck yet...and yes i realize lol but any mcgiver ideas? i was thinking along the lines of what adhesive to re-bond the pins

Go to a hardware store and look at shoulder bolts. Maybe you can find one the correct size.

"Cold weld" might do it but i would be a lil aprejensive. If or handy jus grind down a spacer for large hole so it matches hole on other part.. Than get a stainless steel bolt and use 2 nuts to lock bolt where u need it. I think that might work. Or get pins and hinge and take to a good welder and have him task weld it back in place?
