Mercedes 320 SC, 2013. New battery dead in a week

Hi,  my old battery drained out rapidly,  
within a week or two sometimes if the
car wasn't driven,  so I had a new one
installed and it  too was dead within a
week.   Had it recharged and same
issue again.   It's infuriating.   Help?   
Before first battery went I noticed the
indicator lights were all flashing when
it was parked and locked but not
caused by a break in.   Anyone else
had this problem, or got any advice for
me.

This is all under the assumption your alternator and battery cables are good, have a good ground- http://www.aa1car.com/library/battery_runs_down.htm

Fordnut is spot on with the alternator and battery cables. Those are common culprits.
