Ac does not come, nothing blower nothing what to check first?

Have a look at your fuses. On some CCU there is a diagnostic function that can be done. So could be anything from the fuse, blower motor resistor, blower motor, CCU, etc. You should have the Freon pressures checked to make sure all that is up to par.
