I have bought a new battery and a new alternator.
Battery light is still on gauge was on low..i fixed it
by replacing fuses on the interior box aswell as
under the hood. Its fixes the problem..
Now the gauge is reading good but the battery
light is still on..i replaced connectors, has both alt.
And battery tested.both check out fine. Is there
something im missing. My explorer is running a
little rough ever since the battery light came on
again

It is possible the PCM controls the alternator on your vehicle. You could have a bad regulator inside the new alternator, or the wrong regulator was placed in the alternator when it was rebuilt. This could cause the battery light to stay illuminated. It sometimes causes the PCM to throw all sort of trouble codes. Have the charging system checked by a shop having live time engine analysis (digitally) and check the regulator is sending a signal back to the PCM while the engine is running.
