It's cold and the water from your floor mats condenses on the windows.
CHECK ALL WEATHER STRIPPING AROUND DOORS,IF YOU ARE DRIVING A CONVERTIBLE,THE TOP NEEDS TO BE SPRAYED WITH WATER REPELLENT.aaacar

If your windshield was ever replaced, which based on the age of the vehicle, may have been, than it would be an improper seal at the base of the windshield. I would suggest calling the windshield replacement company if you have a lifetime warranty and let them know that it has a leak.
the window could have been cracked open as well and that could account for the moisture on the windshield
This also happens in my 2015 Accent; the FIRST time I have seen this although I have had 4 previous Accents. How can this possibly be caused by moisture when I have never experienced it before?
