2002 hyundai elantra

So I replaced my fuel pump recently and still my
car is not getting fuel. Starts up but doesn't move
stay when I accelerate. Put fuel treatment and still
nothing. Thought it was just dirty lines or injectors
so sprayed cleaner but still no luck... What could it
be??

Well 2 more things. Dirty fuel filter or fuel pressure regulator which is located around the engine compartment
