2000 Ford Focus LX keeps completely losing power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok so I'm having an issue with my car in that it keeps losing all electrical power throught the entire car. Not only do i lose electrical power my engine cuts out as well. As the stated the car completely shuts off, and will not start again because I no longer have any electrical power to the whole car including my indicator lights. The only way I can get power back is to disconnect and reconnect the battery. After doing that I once again can drive. Sometimes I can drive 10 miles (stop and go driving) or i can go 10 ft. I had the battery tested (its good),the alternator tested(its good), all my fuses are good, replaced the terminals and the car starts up just fine. I could really use some help.
