What high mileage oil do you recommend for a car
that have 298,000 miles?

Use the specified weight oil called for you vehicle, as far as brand name, they are all pretty good. I use the Casteroil brand.

Just keep using the oil that got it to those many miles. There is no need to change.

Change it more often to help keep the engine clean.
