How do I get my backup lights to work?

Since you already replaced the bulbs and fuse, it's probably a bad switch. Most Hyundai's they are on the top of the transmission
Does location matter whether standard or automatic? Mine is standard
Oh, yep it probably will matter. That is automatic. There I go assuming again..when will learn......I will try and find out
The connection switch is fitted to the gearbox. it is the only switch on the gearbox with two wires coming out of it. I pulled up the part and it looks just like that one
When I say 'two wires' those are the ones that plug in to that switch
I appreciate the help. I have spent 2 hours online looking. :-(. I would figure gear box is under car? Got to do oil change so will look then. Never had to look for gear box
if it aint the switch it could be the wiring itself.
Thanks Rebekah! It was the back up light switch. I replaced it and they work. Not a cheap part though.
Please provide me reverse light wiring diagram of hyundai accent 2016 May be from switch of auto gear
