Where can I find my canister vent valve solenoid in my
2013 buick lacrosse

It is at the vapor canister.

I found it it for anybody coming to the thread later on it should be near the rear of the vehicle attached to the gas tank. You should see a black box and the solenoid will be attached to the box. You might have luck just twisting and taking out the part with no extra work. Me personally I had to unfasten my gas tank and line to allow the whole assembly come lower before I could my hands in there.

Yes I found it exactly where you said it would be I too had to lower the gas tank to get it off however I don't know if my problem was the vent valve or the Purge valve because I had watched another you tube video showing the location of the Purge valve so I changed it as well but bottom line my car is running great and I'm happy so it maybe best to always change both at the same time to maximize your performance
