can i use chains this winter for my accent?

its got 175/70 r 13's, on it, i heard somewhere that some cars arent meant for chains and i live
in utah and am working up at the resort. cant find anything on the internet but what size chains
will i need and are my wheel wells big enough for them? much oblidged

there are different types of chains for different vehicles but i would reccomend studded tires if your gonna be working at a resort for the winter
