If the bulbs and fuses are good maybe the wires were damaged. I would also check the light bulb connections for corrosion.

is there power to the rear assemblies..pull one and check...do you have brake lights when you press the brakes!?!? bulk head connector.. turn signal switch/head light switch..ground issue.
