I have a 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser. The AC is working fine while the car is moving, but when the car stops it blows warm air thru the vents. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

My Cruiser keeps overheating. Replace the water pump and timing belt last year. Just replaced the thermostat. I don't see any water on ground, but I need to keep adding fluid.
