Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2007 Lincoln Navigator L 4x4
Very hard to start after putting fuel in it. We have changed the purge valve and vent solenoid and still having the same issue. Does anyone have any further suggestions? No lights, no codes, no other symptoms, no problem starting any other time only immediately after fill up.

Couple of ideas. Inside the gas tank if you have a internal fuel pump the hoses may be binding when the float is all the way up pinching a suction tube. Just for kicks next time I would try to get the level to 3/4 or a tab more and see if that makes any difference. Would double check all the lines for charcoal canister, even a pinhole in hose can do strange things. Good Luck!
