Can Cargurus do this for me on line?

Cargurus just gets involved with allowing you to place an ad and communicate. It's up to you to set up test drives. If you are uncomfortable, you can always take your ad down and wait till Covid is under control.

If you are that concerned, use a different venue like CarMax where they will buy your car and come pick it up. You only get top dollar for a car that is in very good shape and low miles., FYI.
No one is going to show the car for you or set up a zoom meeting.
If you are so afraid of getting infected by Covid-19 during a showing your car, wait until next year to sell to private part (with much higher return than sell to a car business). I just sell my Audi this week to a private party after advertising online for a week. I did ask the buyer to wear a medical-grade mask with clean glove for the meeting a brief test drive. Everybody understands the severity. Keep social distance! And keep all windows wide- opened doing the short test-drive.
