My radio is no longer working after battery replacement.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After replacement of my main vehicle battery
everything works as expected except the radio. The
nav no longer works, am/fm xm no longer work and
phone no longer connects. I have disconnected both
batteries,  reset entire system and completed battery
replacement function on scan tool with no changes?
Any help on this would be appreciated!

Damn I didn't realize that was required only the battery replacement function was shown on my scan tool no preset saver its a snap on motis
