Run a timing check, sneaky suspicion your valves aren't opening and closing anymore....and run a noid test also make sure you are getting spark

Also, when you turn the key to on (not to start)....can you still hear fuel pump kick on?

Yes I hear the fuel pump come on. How do i run a timing check I dont know how.I'm not a mechanic at all and is it possible for all the plugs to go bad at once

Easiest way is to use a timing gun, there are video walkthroughs on YouTube
