I have a rumbling, tumbling, and like loose nuts or
bolts running around like in a washing machine
sound coming from the front of my engine near the
belt, pulleys an alternator.

remove the serpentine belt by remove the tension from the tensioner, and spin the pulleys by hand to see which one is making the noise and replace. A guess would be the water pump bearing has failed, but it could be any of the others.
Hope the OHC drive system is not getting ready to pack it in!
