2000 ford mustang,lost key,changed halo,lock cylinder,and did reprogram process still does nothing

What was your reprogramming process or steps you took? Most times it take special scanning equipment.

I have a 2000 Mustang that is not starting an act like it's not getting no fuel I know it's something electrical and I run a scanner on it and there's 10 different sensors are coming up bad but three of them has something to do with the fuel to oxygen to the fuel pump and I just can't pinpoint it do you know what it might be
