Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I just bought a 2003 protoge5 with 127k on it.
Previous owner said it would not idle but had no
codes. I drove it 8 miles home. 2 codes came up
p0171 system lean and p0300 random misfire. I
found the fuel filter was clogged andi replaced it,
clean throttle body, fuel rail, and injecters and
cleared the codes Ran great for like 5miles. When
you start it cold it idles fine but will not take gas
when in gear. When it warms up it miss fires. I
replaced the plugs, wires and coil packs. No
change. Plugs now have gas on them.I have
checked for vacuum leaks but none to be found. It
also has a new egr, tps, cam sensor and cats. Any
ideas?

OK so update. Despite the egr being new I pulled it off, it was all gummed up. So I took it apart and cleaned it. Let car warm up and its normal mins was gone, so I drove it 3 mile on back roads. Ran great for the first mile and a half. Then started hesitating puling off from stop signs. Pulled into my neighborhood at 2.8 miles and it would not take gas. Pulled into a parking spot and it stalled. Tried restart twice but it just stalled back out. No codes showing. Is it possible the intake and all assisted valves are gummed up.I don't know, think I am going to pull it off and clean everything intake related.
