weird ringing noise from (seemingly) inside the car

Hey it happens randomly but sometimes I’ll
hear a semi loud ringing noise, almost as if
your ears are literally ringing. It goes of and
on and comes and goes. I don’t have a check
engine or any other sort of light on. And the
ringing sometime even continues when I turn
the engine off. Other people can hear it in my
car so I know I’m not crazy. I do listen to
music pretty loud sometimes. If you know
anything please help! Driving me nuts
