Why am I getting 7 mpg city and 10mpg highway on Eco for the brand new 2013 Santa fe?

Try not racing from light to light. Just because it is a turbo, it's not a race car.

Go to your dealer you purchased it from, its most likely a manufacturing issue with the dashboard.
