We have a new Santa Fe Sport.....none of the outlets are working. So, no charging phones, no plugging in DVD for son, etc. Blown fuse??

If it's new, it's under warranty so take it to the dealer and make them fix it! It obviously has a disconnected plug in the wiring system or a blown fuse or circuit protector, so it is their problem not yours.
