Stopping Driver Seat from sliding back (electric)

Asked by obcbreeze Jun 06, 2015 at 05:12 PM about the 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4L FWD

Question type: General

When I shut off my car the driver seat slides back ( I assume for ease of access), when I start it the seat slides forward.  Is there a way to turn off this feature and just have the seat remain stationary?

The same thing happens to my seat and I don’t like it I want it to stop. So is there any other answers out there besides reading the owners manual because it doesn’t say in there

myelectric bench seat in my 1979 delta 88 royale doesn't go back far enough how can I fix this problem
